Cambridge Networks Network (CNN), is a forum for academics across various departments and institutes who share an interest in Complex Networks. Together with Dr Sebastian Ahnert and Dr Vera Pancaldi, we launched CNN in September 2011, originally with the aim of bringing together faculty, postdocs and research students from a wide range of departments across the University of Cambridge. CNN has grown rapidly over the past few years and now also includes many members from other universities around the UK and beyond.

Each year, we organize monthly seminars, as well as a one-day conference  - the Cambridge Networks Day. We also maintain a regular newsletter (which we send to over 450 members), so please email us with any news that you would like to share, or any resources that you would like us to include on the CNN website. Are you developing a useful software package? Writing an interesting blog? Collecting new network data? Attending an exciting conference? Advertising a position? Aware of some relevant funding opportunities? Let us know!

Please also feel free to get in touch if you would like to present your work at our seminars or if you have any further suggestions for how CNN could develop.

Last, but not least, we would be delighted to hear from anyone (motivated undergraduate students especially) who would like to get involved in helping develop our ‘resources’ page.
